Our company history is also the chronicle of success of the family which still owns 100 % of the company today. This family influences the fortunes of the company with a great sense of tradition and innovation and its deep-rooted connection with the Ottobeuren location and the people who work for the company. A good example of the strong focus on social responsibility is our apprentice workshop, which has been in existence since the 70s. With an apprentice training ratio of more than 20 %, we have been well above the national average of 6 % for many years. Thanks to the sound training of young people in various technical and commercial occupations as well as a systematic further training programme, MARTIN can rely on highly motivated and excellently trained personnel – the basis for continuous innovation. In turn, the workforce shows its appreciation with a high average length of service with the company.
