How can you find out how satisfied your employees are with their company? One important characteristic is long-term employment! After all, the 13 employees who were honored at MARTIN in September have an average period of employment of 30 years.

“This shows that MARTIN is an attractive and futureproof employer in the region“, proudly states managing director Uwe Schiemann. According to Mr. Schiemann one of the employees even looks back on 45 years of employment and two have been with the company for 40 years. 35, 30, 20 and 10 year anniversaries were also celebrated.

“Among the employees that were honoured several have already completed their apprenticeship at MARTIN years ago, because training at MARTIN has always had an excellent reputation, since it is performed with heart and commitment”, adds managing director Michael Hammerer.
