Whether industrial mechanics, mechatronics technicians, industrial clerks, machine and plant operators – MARTIN offers qualified training, opening up career perspectives to young professionals.

Training at MARTIN is the first step into a professional career for seven young people. Currently 24 apprentices are being trained. MARTIN offers apprenticeships in nine different industrial, commercial and technical areas at its location in Ottobeuren.

During the first few days the new apprentices had the opportunity to learn more about the company and get to know MARTIN’s large product portfolio. Then they started their work at the modern training workshop or in the individual departments.

“Training at MARTIN has been an important part of our corporate philosophy for decades. Apprentices were trained since the company foundation in 1922. We are very pleased that we were able to hire young, motivated people for this training year as well,” states Lydia Leising, human resources.
